As the AVP – Chief Products’ Officer at Alpha Plus Technologies, Anamika Mukherjee brings over 13 years of experience as a Business Solution Architect & Process Consultant in various domains like aviation, legal systems, HRMS & payroll, automotive, after-sales, social media, logistics, UN (public welfare), and product authentication & traceability. She is an agile practitioner, certified product owner and scrum master who has defined roadmaps & storyboard for many-a-products in her earlier assignments. Her rich experience in various roles, sound technical background, expertise in building high-level-requirement architecture & excellent project management skills position her well to lead the Products, Technology & Quality Assurance functions. Rightly so, in her present role, she is leading the Products Innovation cell and is responsible for ideation on APT’s new and future products, adoption of latest technologies, achieving higher benchmarks of quality assurance, and charting a new journey to meet our future product – technology ambitions.

As Head (AVP) – Research & Legal, Pratima Acharya brings with her 29 years of rich experience from one of India's leading nationalized banks. In her present role, she guides her team of committed and energetic young professionals to research regulatory and statutory content for the various compliance products of APT. She also ably leads the banking advisory services to keep our clients updated with latest compliance obligations and banking know-how. She firmly believes in the adage that “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest” and is always eager to expand her intellectual horizons. Pratima brings tremendous value to the banking domain expertise that Alpha Plus prides itself upon.

Anjali Zaveri is the Head (VP) – Finance & Content Management, she heads the Finance function of the Company and also oversees the Content Management operations, which is the backbone of our flagship solution – Knowledge Management Tools (KMT). She is a seasoned professional and throughout her vast tenure at Alpha Plus she has served in different roles be it Operations, People Investment, Finance & Accounts or even Customer Relationship & Support. Anjali and her troupe work on a war footing speed & precision to deliver content to all our clients in a timely manner.

In this role, she is responsible for firm-wide client relationships, liaising with strategic partners, envisioning the roadmap for digital marketing, and smooth functioning of daily office operations. She and her squad strive to give everyone interacting with Alpha Plus Family a great experience either by means of personal interaction or via our digital platforms. Her business acumen, execution abilities, strategic and organizational skill and empathetic nature have made her a force to reckon with, especially given her key hand in APT’s business expansion over the years.

As the VP – Operations (North America) deputed at Alpha Plus Innovations Inc, a global subsidiary of Alpha Plus Technologies. Rhea Gursahani and her entourage have been the masterminds behind APT's products' suite in addition to constantly bringing functional & technological enhancements to existing products serving our clientele. Her drive to make comprehensive and user-friendly solutions, creativity in design, and curiosity, coupled with strong client connect has helped her carve a niche for herself and the company’s offerings. During her tenure at Alpha Plus, Rhea has worn many hats in various roles spanning Business Development, Banking Research, People Investment, Project Delivery & Products and has been an integral part of the company’s growth journey. In her current profile, she continues to advise the Products Innovation cell in their product discovery and enhancement journey, while also playing a key advisory role to the Project Delivery & Customer Support teams at APT.

Kunal Gursahani, as the Chief Executive Officer, sets and evolves strategic direction for the company, while nurturing his team to drive its execution. He has a strong track record of driving the business to new heights, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing Alpha Plus’ consistent performance, year on year. His youthful governance has brought about a series of systematic changes and has given Alpha Plus a new shape and form over the decade with his continued enthusiasm for driving ‘change’. He has grown the organization multi-fold and bought it at its rightful place under the sun while upholding the core values and integrity of the institution.

Prem Gursahani, Chairman Emeritus, founded Alpha Plus as a Consultancy Firm in 1992. Armed with 26 years of strong Banking experience in diverse verticals at State Bank of India, he brought alive his vision to see a fusion of consulting and technology as a cure to banking challenges in an era when technology was far from mainstream. From introducing Master Circulars for the Banking Regulator to prestigious consulting assignments with top-notch banks to introducing Compliance automation in Indian Banking, Mr. Gursahani has seen it all. He has been the mind behind all our visionary products and services and continues to mentor the Alpha Plus Group.
