As Head (AVP) – Research & Legal, Pratima Acharya brings with her 29 years of rich experience from one of India's leading nationalized banks. In her present role, she guides her team of committed and energetic young professionals to research regulatory and statutory content for the various compliance products of APT. She also ably leads the banking advisory services to keep our clients updated with latest compliance obligations and banking know-how. She firmly believes in the adage that “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest” and is always eager to expand her intellectual horizons. Pratima brings tremendous value to the banking domain expertise that Alpha Plus prides itself upon.

Anjali Zaveri is the Head (VP) – Finance & Content Management, she heads the Finance function of the Company and also oversees the Content Management operations, which is the backbone of our flagship solution – Knowledge Management Tools (KMT). She is a seasoned professional and throughout her vast tenure at Alpha Plus she has served in different roles be it Operations, People Investment, Finance & Accounts or even Customer Relationship & Support. Anjali and her troupe work on a war footing speed & precision to deliver content to all our clients in a timely manner.

She and her squad strive to give everyone interacting with Alpha Plus Family a great experience, either by means of personal interaction or via our digital platforms. Her business acumen, execution abilities, strategic and organizational skills, and empathetic nature have made her a force to reckon with, especially given her key hand in APT’s business expansion over the years.

Under her leadership, the company has consistently delivered comprehensive, user-friendly solutions that address complex client needs. Rhea’s unique combination of design thinking and deep client relationships has helped carve a niche for herself inside APT and with our clients. In her current role, she serves as a strategic advisor to both the CEO and cross-functional teams, leveraging her experience in project delivery, marketing, and customer success to drive organizational excellence.

As a tech-enthusiast and inclusive business leader, Kunal has successfully scaled the company while maintaining its foundational values and commitment to integrity. Prem Gursahani, Chairman Emeritus, founded Alpha Plus as a Consultancy Firm in 1992. Armed with 26 years of strong Banking experience in diverse verticals at State Bank of India, he brought alive his vision to see a fusion of consulting and technology as a cure to banking challenges in an era when technology was far from mainstream. From introducing Master Circulars for the Banking Regulator to prestigious consulting assignments with top-notch banks to introducing Compliance automation in Indian Banking, Mr. Gursahani has seen it all. He has been the mind behind all our visionary products and services and continues to mentor the Alpha Plus Group.
