Customer Relationship Management – Associate

Reporting to the Account Management & Liaison Head, you will play a key role in APT’s Customer Relationship & Experience Management. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trusted relationship with clients and handle end-to-end account management responsibilities. The role will interact externally with customers and internally with the Business, Client Support Team, Banking Team & Senior Management.

You will be APT’s brand ambassador, voice of the customer directly acting as a feedback loop for internal teams, in addition to having the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the success and growth of the company. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop long-term and trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders among clients
• Drive forward company’s customer satisfaction objective by taking initiatives to deepen and strengthen customer happiness quotient
• Act as a point of contact for complaints and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Help business team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Prepare and submit quotes to clients; handle negotiations and finalize the AMC Subscription with closure of agreements
• Gain in-depth functional knowledge of our flagship solution to impart trainings and conduct awareness programs for clients
• Identify, develop, secure and maintain alliances via external partner relations in relevant product areas
• Build multi-level relationships with external partners and ensure constant engagement
