Reporting to the Account Management & Liaison Head, you will play a key role in APT’s Customer Relationship & Experience Management. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trusted relationship with clients and handle end-to-end account management responsibilities. The role will interact externally with customers and internally with the Business, Client Support Team, Banking Team & Senior Management.
We are looking for a candidate who is process-driven, detail-oriented, empathetic and cares about the company’s commitment of customer delight and continuous improvement. You will be APT’s brand ambassador, voice of the customer directly acting as a feedback loop for internal teams, in addition to having the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the success and growth of the company.
